COC
COC is a thermoplastic colorless and transparent polymer material with good physical properties and chemical stability, which is widely used in microfluidic chips.COC is characterized by non-toxicity, high-temperature and high-pressure resistance, and does not absorb water or proteins, etc., so it is very suitable for bioanalysis and chemical reactions in microfluidic chips.
PMMA
PMMA是一种有机玻璃材料,具有透明度高、成本低等特点。它的物理和化学性质稳定,不易受到化学物质和紫外线的影响。
PMMA材料还易于加工和成型,因此在微流控芯片制备过程中很常用。但是,PMMA的耐温性和机械强度较差,不适合高温或高压力的实验条件。
PC
PC材料是一种聚碳酸酯材料,具有耐热、高强度、高韧性等特点。PC材料的耐化学性能较好,可以承受一定的化学腐蚀和酸碱溶液的侵蚀。
因此,在微流控芯片中,PC材料经常被用于高压或高温的实验条件下。PC材料还有良好的透明性,可以用于显微观察。
